“Too smart to fail: from a User Thinking approach to Business Design methodologies”
What does it mean to design a product or service involving end-users from the initial stages of its design? Why does a “User Thinking” approach make your idea successful? During this workshop we will find out what are the key principles of a “user centered” project, which methodologies can be applied and what is the value they can bring.
By simulating a real case in the Smart Home area we will understand how to develop ideas that lead to the creation of products, through envisioning activities: from concept to the Minimum Viable Product, going through prototyping and testing phases.
