During this workshop you’ll learn how to use conversation to bring intelligence into user interactions. You’ll get an understanding of each step of a chatbot project, from the analysis of user pain points to the prototyping of a true conversation that delivers a unique user experience.
You’ll learn about the different kinds of chatbots, chatbot personalities, Natural Language Processing (NLP) engine, conversations’ mapping, and much more. With a thought in mind: “Respond to everything, but remember the goal”.
Marco Palmonari has been working in Assist since 2006 and he is Head of Artificial Intelligence Solutions. In his role he manages the Digital Transformation processes through AI technologies and methodologies. He is an expert in multichannel digital CRM, Service Design and User Centered Design methodologies, and he is one of the creators of the Artificial Intelligence platforms developed in the company. In 2003 Marco was one of the founding partners of Exit Consulting, the first Italian company specialized in Ergonomics, User Centered Design, Consumer Research, Qualitative Marketing. Four years later, Exit Consulting merged with Assist. Marco has a postgraduate in Cognitive Ergonomics and a PhD in Communication Sciences and Multimedia Design. He taught Human Computer Interaction in several Italian universities, including Polytechnic University and Bicocca University in Milan.
