About the event

The UX Masterclass is an annual conference, hosted at premier locations around the globe by the members of UXalliance – a network of 25 independent companies specialized in User Experience, bringing together thought-leaders and experts in the fields of User Experience and digital innovation. It is an engaging forum to learn, share, and be inspired.

In 2018 the conference is hosted in Milan, Italy, and its aim is to explore the challenges that Design and UX are facing in a world where experiences are more and more with complex services, where interactions are natively multichannel and they become more and more conversational.

This 13th edition is hosting a group of global leaders dealing with the following topics:

UX Design and Research, Design thinking, Service design approaches, the role of A.I. in Customer Experience.
